Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Ikamo platform (app.ikamo.pro), published by IKAMO. By accessing the platform, you accept them.

1. Purpose of the service

Ikamo is a professional platform that gives IKAMO's clients and their teams access to collaborative workspaces related to consulting engagements and solutions operated by IKAMO.

2. Access to the service

• Access is by invitation only, from an IKAMO administrator or a workspace owner.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all actions performed from your account.
• Sign-in with Google or Microsoft is offered for convenience; those providers' terms apply to their service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to access workspaces or data you have not been invited to; disrupt the operation of the service; use the platform for unlawful purposes or outside its intended professional use.

4. Data and privacy

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. Content uploaded to workspaces remains the property of its owners; IKAMO only accesses it as needed for the service or support.

5. Availability

IKAMO strives to keep the service continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance interruptions may occur.

6. Liability

The platform is provided "as is" within the contractual relationship between IKAMO and its clients. IKAMO's liability is limited to proven direct damages, under the conditions set out in the applicable service agreement.

7. Suspension and termination

IKAMO may suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these terms or at the end of the contractual relationship with the relevant client.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts, subject to the provisions of the applicable service agreement.
