This policy describes how IKAMO ("we") collects and processes your personal data when you use the Ikamo platform, available at app.ikamo.pro.

1. Data controller

IKAMO — Supply chain & Data Consulting and Solutions — is the controller of the data collected on the platform. Contact: contact@ikamo.pro.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: first name, last name, email address, preferred language, password (hashed, never stored in plain text).
• Login data: account creation and last login dates.
• Sign-in with Google or Microsoft: if you use these services, we receive your technical identifier, email and name as provided by the provider. We do not access any other data from your Google or Microsoft account.
• Usage data: workspace membership and role within each workspace.

The platform uses no analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookies set are strictly necessary: session and "keep me logged in".

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the service (managing accounts, workspaces and access) — performance of the contract.
• Sending transactional emails (invitations, password reset) — performance of the contract.
• Platform security (authentication, prevention of unauthorized access) — legitimate interest.

No data is used for advertising purposes or sold to third parties.

4. Recipients and processors

• Heroku (Salesforce) — application and database hosting, European Union region (Ireland).
• Amazon Web Services (SES) — transactional email delivery, European Union region (Stockholm).
• Google / Microsoft — only if you choose to authenticate through these services.

5. Retention

Account data is kept for as long as the account is active. Invitations automatically expire after 7 days. When an account is deleted, the associated data is removed without undue delay.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can update your information directly from your profile, or exercise your rights by writing to contact@ikamo.pro. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

7. Security

All exchanges with the platform are encrypted (TLS). Passwords are hashed with state-of-the-art algorithms. Access to the platform is strictly limited to invited users.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated; the date at the top of the page prevails. In the event of a substantial change, users will be informed by email or through the platform.
